Refurbishments
Single-room and full-property refurbishments for homeowners, landlords, and managing agents across London.
APEX M LTD is a director-led London construction company. Refurbishments, repairs, kitchens, bathrooms, fit-outs and extensions — surveyed first, priced against a written specification, delivered by one accountable team under Sujata Gurun.
Companies House registered limited company. Director-led, fully insured, delivered against a fixed written scope.
From a £89 survey through to £599 full refurbishment programmes.
Every trade co-ordinated under one APEX M LTD project lead — you deal with one company, not six.
Single-room and full-property refurbishments for homeowners, landlords, and managing agents across London.
Reactive and planned maintenance — joinery, plastering, decoration, tiling, sealants, and post-completion snagging.
Strip-out, install, and finish — kitchens and bathrooms delivered as a coordinated multi-trade programme.
Single-storey rear extensions, loft conversions, garage and outbuilding conversions, structural openings.
Commercial and residential fit-outs, bespoke joinery, and custom build elements to a written specification.
Most refurbishments overrun because the scope is never written down in full. We survey first, price against a fixed written specification, and only mobilise once both sides have signed it off.
Plaster, paint, carpentry, tiling, plumbing, electrics — managing six trades is a full-time job. APEX M LTD runs the programme so you deal with one company and one project lead.
Landlords need a refit done quickly, cleanly, and to a standard that lets a property re-let at the right price. We work to tight turnaround windows without cutting corners on the finish.
Loft conversions, rear extensions, and structural openings need careful sequencing with engineers and building control. We co-ordinate the whole programme under one project lead.

Removal of original units, structural opening between kitchen and dining room, replastering, and installation of a bespoke shaker kitchen.

Full strip-out, replumbing co-ordination, large-format porcelain tiling, freestanding bath and walk-in shower in a London terrace.

Steel-supported rear extension on a 1930s semi-detached property — groundworks, structure, bifold glazing, and full internal finishes.
A clear, repeatable sequence — so you always know where the project is and what comes next.
Full process detail →You get in touch with a short outline of the project. A few sentences and a couple of photographs is enough for us to scope the next step.
We attend the property, take measurements and condition photographs, and discuss what you want the finished work to deliver.
A written specification is prepared — scope by trade, materials, sequence, and timeline — so nothing is left to memory.
You receive a fixed price proposal against the specification. Nothing is mobilised on site until both sides have signed it off.
Materials are procured, the trades are scheduled, and the works are delivered under a named APEX M LTD project lead.
A snagging round and documented handover close out the project. Project records are retained for any future works.
One-off fixed-price commissions. No subscriptions, no recurring billing.
On-site visit, measurements, and a written estimate for the works.
A printed-quality brochure laying out a proposed scope of works.
A skilled tradesperson on site for a half-day to handle minor works.
Multi-room refurbishment for owners, landlords, and end-of-tenancy refits.
Every project is overseen by the company director, Sujata Gurun. No call centres, no rotating account managers — one person accountable from survey to handover.
Projects run on a written specification and fixed proposal. Variations are documented and re-agreed before any extra work is carried out.
Carpentry, plastering, decoration, tiling, plumbing and electrics are co-ordinated by APEX M LTD as one programme — you deal with one company, not six.
APEX M LTD is a UK-registered limited company (No. 15220750). Public liability insurance is maintained and details are available on request.
A documented handover closes every project. The record covers the agreed scope, the materials and finishes used, the build phase, snagging items closed out, and any aftercare notes for the owner or managing agent.
Project records are retained so future works — ours or another contractor's — can build on what is already in place.
